We are continuing to closely monitor developments in the COVID-19 outbreak and how we can best serve and support you during these trying times. As always, we are committed to providing the superior service and support that our customers have come to expect and remain fully operational during this time with no impact to service levels.
We have created four new loan plans available at special promotional prices through June 1, 2020. These offers are designed to support you and your family by providing greater financial flexibility.
• 6 or 12 months true 0% interest promotional plan that converts to a 120 month term with a fixed APR
• No payments required during the 6 or 12 month 0% promotional period
• A low payment factor (as low as 1.11% on the 5.99% APR plan) after the 0% promotional period
In addition, because we recognize the need for flexibility given the current environment, we are also prepared to provide:
• Purchase window extensions: Many projects are likely going to take longer than normal. Purchase window extensions available where needed for delays associated with COVID-19
• Consumer hardship relief: Payment deferrals will be made available to consumers whose are impacted by COVID-19
